Project Summary
Grindstone Plaza is 52 acre commercial development in southern Columbia, Mo. The development consists of a Wal-Mart Supercenter and several out lots for retail and service orientated businesses. Emery Sapp & Sons Inc was contracted to perform all site preparation work including grading the entire site, installation of storm sewer, water and sanitary sewers, paving of parking lots and streets, and construction of all off-site improvements to abutting streets including traffic signals. The storm water system incorporated crossings of a jurisdictional stream through the site with clear span arch pipe structures.
