Commercial development project for THF Reality of ST. Louis. Project included many retaining walls with heights over 30 feet.
Project Features
- Red Oak Plaza was developed on a 15 acre site with a total of 14,500 sq ft of retail space. KOHLS is the anchor building with small commercial units attached. Emery Sapp & Sons Inc was the general site contractor, grading the site, constructing the entrances, parking lots and sidewalks, extending water and sewer lines to serve the buildings and installing the storm water management systems. The site was topographically challenging in that several retaining walls, including some in excess of 30 feet in height were required to achieve the grades necessary for the development.
