- Copper Beech Townhome Communities is a national property management firm owning and operating townhome communities in 14 different locations. The developments are in markets where college students and young professionals have a large population base. Copper Beech in Columbia consists of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments and a club house for its residents.
- Emery Sapp & Sons Inc was selected to perform the site development work that included the demolition and removal of existing structures on the property, excavation and grading, interior streets, parking lots and sidewalks, water mains, sewer lines, and storm sewer systems. The project required extensive erosion control measures that were also provided and maintained by Emery Sapp & Sons Inc.
