Project Features
- Arborwalk is a 380 acre "New Urban Design" planned community in Lee's Summit featuring mixed residential, offices and commercial locations. When David Gale began planning Arborwalk in 2003, he was committed to quality in all aspects of the development. In keeping with that commitment, Emery Sapp & Sons was selected as the general site development contractor. Emery Sapp & Sons Inc. performed the excavation, street and sidewalk construction and installation of water lines, sanitary sewers and storm water drainage systems. This included almost a mile of 12" Ductile Iron Pipe water supply line and approximately $250,000 on detention basins with skimmers for water quality control on storm water run off.
- Emery Sapp & Sons Inc worked closely with the owner, the engineers and the city of Lee's Summit to assure that the infrastructure in Arborwalk met the high standards and expectations of future residents of the community.
